Haweswater tweed takes inspiration from the re-wiggling of the rivers which as helped with flooding and increased the biodiversity on the land.
The tweed pattern was simplified from the original design used in the throws by the Lancs & Lakes Guild of Spinners, Weavers and Dyers, that represented the fells and valleys of the area.

The tweed is sold by the metre and is 150cm wide.

The Cheviot wool comes from Naddle farm which is part of Wild Haweswater.
