Wool Wash Bar

Our wool wash bar is specially formulated for handwashing your knitwear and woollens — made with lanolin and fresh Jersey milk to leave fibres feeling silky soft and nourished. Lightly scented with our favourite blend of daisy and pine fragrance, it brings a fresh, clean aroma to your wool care routine.

Made by The Soap Dairy exclusively for our wool brand, Shear Delight, these bars are a simple, zero-waste alternative to synthetic detergents — kind to your clothes, your hands, and the planet.

Each bar is hand-wrapped in branded greaseproof paper and presented in a hand-printed, reusable canvas bag. Inside, you’ll find easy-to-follow instructions for use. The bag can be kept and reused, and the paper recycled or composted.

Ingredients: Sodium rapeseedate (rapeseed oil), Aqua, Lac (Jersey milk), Lanolin, Sodium lactate, Titanium dioxide, parfum

How to use:

1. Fill a bowl or sink with lukewarm water.

2. Wet the wool wash bar and lather it in the water.

3. Set the bar aside to dry naturally.

4. Swish the water to disperse the soap evenly.

5. Submerge your wool item and soak for around 20 minutes, turning once.

6. Rinse gently in clean, lukewarm water. Dry flat.
