Shipping policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and are usually with you within 3 to 4 working days for UK orders. 

We only use paper packaging. Please recycle, reuse or compost.

UK delivery charge is: 

£3.00 on orders up to £5.00 in value

£5.00 on orders up to £150.00

£8.00 on orders over £150.00

These will usually be sent Royal Mail Second Class, tracked. For very bulky or heavy orders we will use Parcel Force or DHL.

For International orders, the standard charge is £25.00 (£50 for orders over £160). These are sent by Royal mail International tracked.

*Please note, each country has it's own import tariff which you may have to pay depending on their terms.

For Europe, the standard charge is £15.00 (£30 on orders over £160). These are sent Royal mail tracked.

If you live locally , you can collect your order from our farm. Click for Collect from Farm at the checkout to avoid paying a delivery charge and just let us know when you'd like to stop by and collect.

Sarah or Maria process the orders. We normally process orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
